CANCELLATION POLICY

Please arrive 15 minutes prior, and check in with the front desk.

You will be charged 50% of your service fee if cancelled inside of 2 hours of reservation. Please check in with our front desk upon arrival. Reservations are subject to cancellation if client has not checked in by scheduled time.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We ship via UPS. Availability of merchandise is not guaranteed; should an item be backordered, you will receive a notification via email.

We apologize, but we only ship to the USA for the time being.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We offer returns and exchanges for 14 days from the date of delivery. Unopened and unused or defective items may be exchanged or returned for full purchase price.

Please email sales@fellowbarber.com  to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number.
