All services include a refreshing, eucalyptus scented hot towel. Hair wash is available upon request at no additional charge.
We recommend that you arrive 10 minutes before your appointment time. We require a credit card number to hold your appointment. You will not be charged at the time of booking. This is simply to hold the appointment.
We require at least 12 hours notice to cancel or change your appointment. To cancel or change your appointment, you can email firstname.lastname@example.org or call the location of your appointment directly.
If you cancel with less than 12 hours notice, we will charge your card on the following schedule:
* Cancel prior to 12 hours - NO CHARGE
* Cancel within 12 hours - CHARGE 50%
* Cancel within 2 hours - FULL CHARGE
While we encourage folks to join us early to check in before their appointment time, we offer a ten-minute grace period before we are unable to seat a client for their scheduled appointment. Showing up more than 10 minutes after your appointment is scheduled to begin is considered a no-show.
We are sorry to hear you are unable to make your original appointment time. Unfortunately, rescheduling is considered a cancellation of your original appointment (as we are just as unlikely to fill the appointment slot we reserved for you, and we need to make sure our barbers are compensated for their time). We still look forward to hosting you for your new appointment time!
Our Senior Barbers have consistently gone above and beyond our uncompromising performance standards in every category. If your barber has recently earned this status, congratulations to you for getting such a good deal on their exceptional service and talents.
Our Junior Barber program is for licensed barbers that have graduated our in-house training program and are capable of adhering to our service standards. They are in the early stages of their career, building their clientele, and further developing their skillset under the supervision of a Senior Barber.
We mostly ship via USPS and UPS. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
We typically ship 1-3 business days after your order is placed. Transit time is typically less than one week. We ship from Brooklyn, NY.
